Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to the product until the end of your paid period
  • No refunds are provided for the remaining period after cancellation
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time

One-Time Purchase Cancellation

For one-time purchases, cancellation is only possible if:

  • The product has not been downloaded
  • The license key has not been activated
  • The request is made within 30 days of purchase
  • Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription or purchase:

  1. Log in to your account dashboard
  2. Navigate to Subscriptions or Purchases
  3. Click on "Cancel Subscription" or "Request Cancellation"
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions
  5. Alternatively, contact support@zooit.com

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions are set to automatically renew unless cancelled. You will receive email notifications before each renewal. To prevent automatic renewal, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
