1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Zooit (a brand of FirstTrek OPC Private Limited), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of our products for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials

3. License Keys and Activation

Each license key is valid for a specific number of sites as stated at the time of purchase. License keys are non-transferable and must not be shared. Violation of license terms may result in immediate termination of your license.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full before access to products is granted. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

5. Support and Updates

Support and updates are provided for the duration of your active license. Support is provided via email and our support portal. We strive to respond to all support requests within 24-48 hours during business days.

6. Disclaimer

The materials on Zooit's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. FirstTrek OPC Private Limited makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations

In no event shall FirstTrek OPC Private Limited or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Zooit's website.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
