At Zooit, a brand of FirstTrek OPC Private Limited, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • The product must not have been downloaded or activated
  • Technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team
  • Duplicate purchases made in error

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products that have been downloaded or license keys activated
  • Renewal subscriptions after the renewal period has started
  • Custom development services
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago
