License Agreement

1. License Grant

FirstTrek OPC Private Limited ("Licensor") grants you ("Licensee") a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Zooit products ("Software") in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

2. License Types

We offer the following license types:

  • Single Site License: Use on one WordPress installation
  • Multi-Site License: Use on up to 5 WordPress installations
  • Developer License: Use on unlimited sites for development
  • Agency License: Use on unlimited client sites

3. License Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software
  • Share license keys with others
  • Use the Software on more sites than your license permits
  • Remove copyright notices or proprietary labels
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Use the Software for illegal purposes

4. License Validity

Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. To continue receiving updates and support, you must renew your license before it expires. Expired licenses do not revoke your right to use the Software, but you will not receive updates or support.

5. Updates and Support

During the active license period, you are entitled to receive updates, bug fixes, and technical support. Support is provided via email and our support portal. We aim to respond to all support requests within 24-48 hours during business days.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.
